Addiction affects millions of people every day. Whether you are fighting addiction, in active addiction, trying to kick addiction, clean from addiction, or affected by someone else's addiction, there is a lot to go through. Ash will discuss what addiction is like today and ways to cope, fight, and stay clean. We will also discuss what signs to look for, how to support, and the toll addiction takes on loved ones and friends that know someone in addiction. I am not a doctor or therapist. I have been through addiction and almost lost my life from it. I have found incredible happiness in sobriety and want to help others achieve the same.

Wonderful Ash. I have listened to all 4 episodes and look forward to future ones. Thank you for doing this. It is already helping people understand better and or confront their demons. This touches every family. Hopefully treatment centers snd AAs etc will pick this up. Unrelated but interesting to me is that your "broadcast voice" is excellent.
