Addiction affects millions of people every day. Whether you are fighting addiction, in active addiction, trying to kick addiction, clean from addiction, or affected by someone else's addiction, there is a lot to go through. Ash will discuss what addiction is like today and ways to cope, fight, and stay clean. We will also discuss what signs to look for, how to support, and the toll addiction takes on loved ones and friends that know someone in addiction. I am not a doctor or therapist. I have been through addiction and almost lost my life from it. I have found incredible happiness in sobriety and want to help others achieve the same.

Season 2: Episode 1 Welcome back
I'm back! Welcome back to Modern Addiction! I took some time off due to some deaths in the family and for my kids being out of school for the summer, but Im back for season 2 and ready to dive further into the topic of addiction.
